About Us
our PHILOSOPHY
Our centre philosophy has been collaboratively developed by our team and is guided by the principles of the National Quality Standard (NQS). The NQS forms a core part of the National Quality Framework (NQF), which establishes a national benchmark for the quality of education and care services across Australia.
DIVERSITY
We believe it is important to be diverse and flexible in our practice. We incorporate individuals’ diversity throughout our Centre.
RELATIONSHIPS
We believe it is important to build meaningful relationships with children and their families. We encourage this through positive and constructive partnerships.
EARLY YEARS LEARNING FRAMEWORK
We promote an educational play-based program, where children move between indoor and outdoor areas to encourage exploration in their own learning. This is linked to Being, Belonging and Becoming (The Early Years Learning Framework).
SAFETY
We believe it is important each child feels safe, secure and supported. We encourage children to have a voice, respect their rights and role model behaviours we are teaching.
SUSTAINABILITY
We collaboratively encourage sustainable practices supporting children in developing an appreciation for their environment. We follow the principles of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Meet Mandy
Your Centre Director
Originally from Australia, I bring 36 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, having worked as a Room Supervisor, Centre Director, Guest University Lecturer, and Child Protection Officer. I spent 25 years in the UK before returning to share my passion for early learning back home in Australia.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies, a Diploma in Early Years, the A1 Assessors Award, and am a Qualified Forest School Leader.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, I believe in nurturing curious, capable learners through rich, play-based experiences—often outdoors, and always with purpose.
